State Tournament deadline reminders:

It is already time to get signed up for State Tournaments! all registration and payments will be through Register Play. Please note the following deadlines to register for the tournaments:
  • Deadline for the Rec 3 east or West tournament is July 19th.
  • Deadline for the Masters 30 West Tournament is July 26th.
  • Deadline for the Rec 2 & Rec 4 Tournament is August 2nd.
  • Deadline for the Rec 1 Tournament is August 3rd.
  • Deadline for the Masters 30 East tournament is August 9th.

Register Play Reminders:

  • Make sure that every player is listed on your roster in RP. if they are not on your roster, they are not able to play (besides pickup players).
  • Please notify the board of roster changes to ensure your team is correctly classified.
  • State & National roster change deadline was July 8th - You are no longer able to make changes to your RP roster.
  • Team Captains are able to use RP to check the classification of pick-up players.

Pick up Player guidelines:

as voted on by our association and entered into our bylaws, teams are able to have pick up players in league play. as stated in article 5, section 6:
  • Teams will be allowed to use pick up players for league. Maximum of 2 (2 for 8 or less of team's own players; ​1 for team with 9 players; 0 for teams that have 10 or more of their own players). Pick up players must be declared to the opposing manager prior to the start of the game. Pick up players must wear their own team jersey, be on a registered ND team in registerplay and have an available photo ID. Pickups may be from a team one class higher using their highest classification. (revised 3/2026)
